INFORMATION ACCORDING TO LAW NO. 196/2003 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.

 
 
MODEL ONLY INFORMATION FOR SUPPLIERS AND CUSTOMERS
 
Under Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 on the Code for the protection of personal data, the writer 
Associazione Ad Arte as data controller, informs that the personal data acquired with reference to established commercial relationships will be handled in accordance with the above regulations; in connection with these treatments also it provides the following information.
 
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
The personal data collected are essentially related to:
- Identification data (company name, home tel., Fax, e-mail address, tax information, etc.).
- Information concerning the business and commercial activity (orders, solvency, bank data, accounting and tax data, etc.).
 
AIMS 'TREATMENT
The purpose of the processing of personal data are as follows:
1. execution of agreed contracts and related commitments;
2. fulfillment of legal obligations related to the contract;
3. organizational and commercial management of the contract (for example relations with agents and representatives, contractors for the organization of activities to be implemented at clients);
4. protection of contractual rights;
5. internal statistical analysis;
 
NATURE OF DATA
The provision of data and its processing are required in relation to targets 1, 2, 4 related to compliance with contractual and legal; the award is also compulsory regarding the purpose 3 that refers to execute all activities necessary and functional to their contractual obligations; it follows that any refusal to provide data for such purposes may prevent us from continuing the contractual relationship and legal obligations.
 
RULES 'OF TREATMENT
The personal data will be handled on paper, computer and telematics, will have access, and then learn about them, the employees specifically designated by the undersigned as responsible for the processing of personal data and will be able to carry out consultation, use, processing, comparison and other operations even automated in accordance with the provisions of law to ensure, among other things, the confidentiality and security of data and the accuracy, updating and relevance of the data to the stated purposes.
 
COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
In relation to the purposes indicated, the data may be communicated to the following parties or categories of parties:
- Banks for the management of receipts and payments;
- Law firms for the protection of contractual rights.
 
USERS'RIGHTS
In relation to these treatments may exercise its right under Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (the full text is attached or below), within the limits and conditions foreseen by articles 8, 9 and 10 of said decree.
 
The Data Controller is the writer in the person of his legal representative.
This notice naturally does not exclude that other information is given orally to interested parties at the time of data collection.
 

Art. 7. Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. You have the right to obtain information:
a) source of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
3. You have the right to:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or
subsequently processed;
c) confirmation that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
